As a child I remember sitting in my grandmother Cora’s kitchen, watching her make pancakes. There was always a variety of syrup on the table but I remember Aunt Jemima ‘s smiling face looking back at me as if she knew that it was my grandmother’s breakfast was a great start to a wonderful day.
